- Recording accounting transactions
- Ensure the closing of accounts
- Preparation of financial statements
- Cash management
- Setting up financial indicators
- Financial analysis and proposed improvement strategies
- Prepare VAT returns (CH) and foreign VAT files
- Collaboration with banks, tax authorities and other stakeholders
- Advice and support for management in strategic decision-making
- Collaboration with external auditors on annual audits
- Telephone exchange, visitor reception
- Management of incoming emails and customer order confirmations
- Commissary and staff cafeteria orders
- Organization of shipments and preparation of documentation required for international operations
- Communication with transport companies
- Accounting experience
- Accounting training or equivalent qualification
- In-depth knowledge of the Value Added Tax Act and Swiss accounting law
- Knowledge and/or experience with accounting management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Organized, rigorous, able to exercise discretion and manage confidentiality (salaries, finances, contracts)
- Versatile and fluent in communication with team, customers and suppliers
- Analytical and forecasting skills
- Ability to work independently
